PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

Sessions:

• Payment must be received no later than the fifth of the month.
• There will be a $25 charge for late payments.
• Sessions will be prorated to the day at $40/day.
• Days will be prorated to the hour at $25/hour.
• No discounted sessions available.
• Cash or check only.
• $25 registration fee for new players (those who have not attended consecutive monthly sessions). NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Payments are per individual. Additional charges will be applied if lesson are shared by multiple players.

Private Lessons:

• Fixed price of $85/per lesson.
• For new clients - payment must be received prior to lesson.
• No refunds will be given unless cancellation is made 72 hours prior to lesson -- illness is the only exception.
• Private lessons will be taught by any available instructor unless a specific request is received 7 days prior to scheduled lesson.
• Cash or check only.

PROGRAM REGULATIONS AND COURT POLICIES

• Session is not limited to fixed number of students.
• Requests for fixed small class sizes will be entertained and charged $55/student per hour. Minimum of 4 students. Classes of less than 4 will be charged $110/student per hour.
• Sibling discount will be applied ONLY if family guarantees a minimum of 2 private lessons per month.
• 2 hour advanced sessions - Tuesday and Thursday (USTA ranking required for registration).
• 1.5 hour beginner/intermediate sessions - Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
